counseling Service Fees

 We are committed to providing you with the best possible care. Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Master Card, and Visa and Cash Apps.

Our counseling fees:

 √   Initial intake sessions (if requested): 90 mins - $395.00

√ Consultation/ Mediation session: 60 mins - $375.00

√ Ongoing sessions: 70 - 75 Mins - $250.00

√   Substance Abuse Evaluations - $550.00

√   Mental Health Evaluations - $675.00

√   Psycho-Sexual Evaluations - $925.00

√ Comprehensive Assessment - $1925.00

(prices may change based upon billable hours)

• sliding scales (if approved) are based on income

 Court Appearances and Depositions are $595 per hour & minimum $3500 retainer.

 Returned checks are subject to a $150 fee.

**All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-show appointments, will be charged for the session missed. This is equivalent to your normal session fee.

Policy on Insurance Reimbursement:

Please note: We primarily accept private pay clients. Please be aware that you are responsible for all fees. Please note our office has a limit on the number of insurance based clients. Clients approved for insurance coverage may still have to pay co-pay or meet insurance deductibles before insurance coverage will take effect.   We are currently part of the Cigna insurance panel and Aetna insurance panel.
